Robert Arrington, Latif Oduola-Owoo, and Michael Mason began the Essentia Legal law firm with similar principles in mind. Arrington wanted to aid small business owners in becoming become more successful. Oduola-Owoo sought to purse “equal justice.” Mason possibly sums up all their feelings by saying, “I thought I could do a greater good by serving the people in my community.”

THREE FORMER King & Spalding litigators who struck out on their own five months ago have notched a win for an Atlanta man who owns the Internet domain name WeThePeople.com. We The People is also the name of a national legal-documents franchise that brought arbitration proceedings against the man, community activist Dwayne Marshall, claiming he violated the company’s trademark.
